The FREE RENTCafe Resident Portal App is available to you! 

The Resident App allows you to manage your apartment information and services with a few simple touches.

Login securely with the same credentials you created for the application process and you are ready to do the below and more.

If you have any trouble or questions, feel free to come by the office and a staff member will be happy to assist you.

FLEX RENT PAYMENTS

 

Flex is a better way to pay rent. For a small, monthly fee, Flex covers your monthly rent on the first, and you pay it back at your own pace throughout the month.

RENT CAFE REWARDS
Rent Cafe Rewards is resident life, rewarded! Earn points for paying your rent on time and other activities! Then, redeem those points for rewards at your favorite brands!
(You will be invited once you become a resident of our community.)

RENT REPORTING w/ IDENTITY IQ
Build your credit score by paying your rent! With rent reporting through IdentityIQ, your on-time, full rent payments are reported to the three major credit bureaus, which can help improve your credit score.

RENTERS INSURANCE

Our community requires resident liability coverage, which can be met by adding it to your lease through our partner Assurant or providing your own coverage. To learn more please reach out to your Leasing Professional.

COMPOSTING PROGRAM 
Please use the designated receptacles at the trash enclosures to compost. Thank you for helping to make our community a greener space!
